Pre-Hearing Conference Order on Remand
There was a meeting called by the hearing examiner to prepare and agree to some procedures for the upcoming hearing. A new date was set for May 23rd at 9am for the hearing on the question for whether the Overlook Crest stormwater management plan complies with the Special Big Lakel zoning rule for the Overlake Crest parces. The application has to ensure that the design of the system will result in no pollution or degradation of Big Lake from stormwater runoff.
