Appeal Request Granted!

On Wednesday, November 13, 2024, the Board of Skagit County Commissioners held a closed-record appeal hearing to review the appeal requests of the Hearing Examiner’s Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Decision on Special Use Permit PL22-0528 for stormwater outfall improvements to convey stormwater from detention ponds across the Overlook Golf Course and proposed Overlook Crest development through the existing stormwater system into Big Lake.

The Board met in open session on Friday, November 22nd, and approved Resolution No. R20240241 to remand the matter for further consideration by the Hearing Examiner. The resolution R20240241 is attached in the documents tab.
